Ive priced my GT Idrive 4.0 as such because 1. But its your discretion if you want to replace it with a longer travel fork. This would make a GREAT DOWNHILL BIKE even with the stock Rock Shox Judy XC in my opinion. Ive also upgraded the seat into a Selle Master Saddle. This bike has been ridden about 1200 miles before garaged. It will fit riders 5'7"6'1" in my opinion(Im 5'11 and suits me very well- the frame says"L" for Size Large) So if u want a heavy duty GT Idrive bike then this is it. There are no issues with the Idrive pedal system and neither the chaindrive. Original paint, just a couple very minor paint scuffs in the frame. more shes seen about five or six tuneups that includes tire changes, spokes, SRAM chain upgrade just few months ago, lubing, basic maintenance. Other scratches in some areas(mind you the bike is 11 years old) but there's NO major dings and everything is intact- the bike has always seen tune ups and Ive spent some money getting her maintained all throughout the years given that each basic tune-up was $50. The only flaws i need to mention are that of some minor paint scratches on the top of the frame. Its got some fair amount of scratches but not abused. I love it very much but I can't justify keeping it accumulating dust as I have more important things and projects I need to take care of. I didn't think twice about buying this bike because this was THE TOP OF THE LINE back in its time in 2001.

This was ordered and purchased online about 11 years ago and paid $1900 at the time.
